PORTRAIT OF OSCAR WILDE
This sculpture is a portrait of the writer Oscar Wilde. It was an order. The realization took a lot of time and effort. I only had a photograph for a model and it was one where the writer was leaning against a wall. To make a good product I thought it would be better to make a clay model first and then proceed to the wood. I also used modern technologies such as 3D scanning and pantograph milling to get the product as much like the model as possible.
